Black,Asian and minority ethnic.
2) Why is there a need for blood in the BAME community?
Because the BAME community has a special type of blood which is needed for patients.
3) What does this advert want people to do once they've seen it (the 'call to action')?
To register for giving blood to the NHS.
4) Why is the advert called 'Represent'?
Because the advert conveys a lot of stereotypes.
5) Why have the producers chosen famous BAME celebrities to feature in the advert? Give an example of three well-known people who appear in the advert and why they are famous.
They picked Ade Adepitan, Kanya King and Lady Leshurr because they take a massive part in how the BAME community should give more blood.
6) Why is there a slow-paced long shot of empty chairs at the end of the advert?
The shot was used to represent the lack of donors and could symbolize death since they need donors to save lives.
7) How does the advert match the key conventions of a typical urban music video?
So the video can appeal to a young and modern audience since most young people live in urban places.

There are male nurses and a female boxer. There is also a female CEO which is rare since most CEOs are male. This subverts the stereotypes of masculinity and femininity since the expectations are not what they seem.

The stereotype how black people are famous for performance and sport based things are subverted since it shows a black CEO and black politician. Although the audience may still be offended how there the black stereotype is still being used to some circumstances.
